Care Portal
- CarePortal is an online platform that connects our church directly to real-time needs in our local community, helping us respond quickly with support and care.
Needs shared through CarePortal come from trusted child welfare workers, ensuring that every opportunity to serve is meaningful and impactful.
By joining the TFBC Response Team, you can help meet the needs of children and families—providing essentials like beds, clothing, groceries, or even just encouragement and prayer.
Every need met is a chance to connect families to the love and hope of Jesus, showing our community that the church is here to care, serve, and make a difference.
Tulare Lighthouse
- Compassionate Care – Providing shelter, meals, and support for the homeless and underserved in our community through the Lighthouse Women’s and Men’s Programs.
Comprehensive Programs – Offering services for men, women, and families, including job training, spiritual growth, and long-term recovery support.
Lighthouse Industries – Equipping individuals with job training through services like power washing, junk removal, and other work opportunities.
Emergency Shelter – Offering year-round emergency shelter and overnight accommodations for those in immediate crisis.
Community Impact – Helping individuals break the cycle of homelessness through peer support, life transformation, and the faithful generosity of our community.
Accelerated Charter High School
- School Partnership – TFBC has adopted Accelerated Charter High School, supporting students right here in the city of Tulare.
Student Support – We help supply tangible resources to meet the practical needs of the 180 students enrolled at ACHS.
Focused Mission – ACHS provides an accelerated, alternative pathway for students to graduate and pursue their future goals.
Community Impact – By partnering with ACHS, we’re building bridges, showing Christ’s love, and investing in the next generation.
Care Pregnancy Center
- Life-Affirming Support – Care Pregnancy Center offers compassionate care and practical support to women facing unplanned pregnancies.
Free Services – They provide free pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, counseling, parenting classes, and post-abortion support.
Christ-Centered Mission – Care Pregnancy Center shares the hope and love of Christ while empowering women to choose life for their babies.
Community Impact – Through education, resources, and emotional support, they equip families to thrive before, during, and after pregnancy.

Eden Cafe
- Purpose-Driven Café – Eden Café is a nonprofit coffee shop dedicated to creating a space of love, hope, and community connection.
Mission in Action – Every cup of coffee and every meal served helps fund ministry outreach, community support, and local partnerships.
Christ-Centered Hospitality – Eden Café exists to reflect the love of Jesus through hospitality, encouragement, and meaningful conversations.

Osvaldo and Timara Arancibia
Called to Bolivia – God planted the vision in their hearts even before marriage, leading them to serve the people of Bolivia.
Obedient Steps – In 2012, they followed God’s leading to serve with SIM in Cochabamba, committing to ministry full-time.
Growing Ministry – Their roles have expanded to include administration, mobilization, and discipleship, furthering their impact in the region.
Hearts for Bolivia – They are honored to partner with God in bringing life, hope, and transformation to the people they serve in Bolivia.
Wayne and Crystal McMaster
Bible Translation Leaders – Wayne and Crystal serve with Wycliffe, leading teams focused on literacy, translation, and Scripture engagement across Southeast Asia.
Global Impact – Wayne manages language projects with SIL International, reaching over 855 million people worldwide with the message of God’s Word.
Empowering Communities – Their mission empowers communities to flourish through education, development, and the transformative power of Scripture in their heart languages.
Kenny and Carla Overton
Sports & Discipleship – Kenny uses coaching and refereeing to develop leaders and disciple others in Mozambique, combining sports with spiritual growth.
Vocational Training – Kenny equips local men with carpentry skills, empowering them to build businesses and make a lasting impact in their community.
Family Outreach – Carla homeschools their children while leading a neighborhood Bible club, sharing God’s love and teaching local children about Jesus.
When I Grow Up
Empowering Children – Providing education, meals, healthcare, and spiritual guidance to children living in extreme poverty.
Global Reach – Serving over 500 children in Kenya, 400+ in Haiti, and local children in Guatemala City’s Zone 18.
Vocational Training – Equipping youth with essential skills to break the cycle of poverty and build a better future.
$30 a Month – Supports a child’s education, meals, and care for an entire month, making a significant difference in their life.
The Village of Hope
Empowering Families – Providing education, healthcare, and compassionate care to help vulnerable children break the cycle of poverty.
Daycare of Hope – Creating a safe, nurturing space for children with ongoing construction efforts and support needed to complete the facility.
